Why You Sometimes Feel Like An Outsider Who Doesn’t Fit In

Outsiders are people who walk through life with a deep feeling of not belonging. That’s why they often tend to isolate themselves. However, their isolation is not a bad thing. It gives them a sense of acceptance, peace, freedom, and a place they can call it home.

If you too are feeling this way, there is a reason for it. There is nothing wrong with you. In fact, you are among those rare people who are truly unique and experience the world according to their point of view. And this has many advantages.

Usually, if you often have a sense of not belonging, it means that your soul is awakened.

We all have souls. But the difference is that not all people feel connected to their soul while growing older. Outsiders are highly sensitive and empathetic human beings. They are very spiritually awakened individuals. And that’s why it is so difficult for them to live in a society that focuses on money, power, and fame.

Unfortunately, many people think that outsiders are miserable, lonely, and weird people. That is not true. Because even though being an outsider seems isolating, it brings many benefits to your life. Here are 7 of them:

You no longer allow society to brainwash you into thinking and acting in a certain way.

You are freer to speak up and listen to the voice within you that tells you what the right thing is to do.

You can see through the rules of society and that’s why you are not constrained by them.

You form deeper and more meaningful connections because you connect with your soul.

You have enough silence and solitude to listen to your heart and understand what it wants you to do.

You have room and space to be who you want to be.

Your observation of other people gives you wisdom and makes you more compassionate.

Finally, being an outsider is a privileged position because “being an outsider, to some extent makes life difficult, but it also places you at an advantage as far as enlightenment is concerned. It takes you out of unconsciousness almost by force.”
