Work for someone who values your efforts. Work for someone who appreciates your hard work and your love for the company. Work in a place where you are celebrated for your talents and your personality. Someplace where loyalty, honesty, and hard work are the pillars of the company.
If you work in a company where the employers don’t see your value and your efforts are underappreciated, then perhaps it’s time to look for a new job where your hard work will be appreciated and valued.
If you hate Mondays and you cannot wait for Friday, then that means that you also hate your job and you should look for a new one. If you feel miserable at work, misunderstood, undervalued, and under pressure, then ask yourself whether your job is more important than your mental and emotional wellbeing. If not, then start editing your CV and your cover letter.
Because true leaders value talent, loyalty, and hard-work. And those who do not, shouldn’t be calling themselves leaders.
At a work environment when employees are not appreciated, their loyalty doesn’t last long. At the first opportunity, they will quit.
And the job of a real leader is to see and recognize the talents and the value that their employees give to the company and motivate them to continue during their best using the PRIDE principle.
