You Attract What You Vibrate: If You Want To Change, Raise Your Frequency

Have you ever had a really, really bad day that it almost felt like the whole world is conspiring against you? You know, the kind of day when you get off on the wrong foot, you destroy everything you touch and you pretty much hate every living being around you?

Yep, we’ve all been there.

Now, answer me this. Have you ever woken up with a big smile on your face for no exact reason, feeling so extremely joyful and happy to go about your day that your radiant energy followed you the whole day and somehow magically everything went according to your plan?

As I said, we’ve all been there.

Most of us refer to these experiences as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ days, but I have one word for them.

Manifestation.

Manifesting is the byproduct of the Law of Attraction or in other words, the result of your efforts (whether consciously, unconsciously or subconsciously) to raise your vibration to a higher frequency and eventually make your dreams come true, by simply visualizing that they’ve already come true. This, of course, can also go the other way.

We are the ones making the choice.

So, just like you can manifest your wildest dreams by having a positive attitude, working hard on your goals and simply believing in yourself, you can also manifest unwanted things and negative thoughts as well, by doing the complete opposite.

For the very key to mind-full manifestation lies within us.

And it has pretty much everything to do with who we are and what our souls are made of.

You see, we may seem like we’re just sacks of organs that are going about their days, but the truth is, we are much more than just our physical bodies. Our bodies are alive and moving only because of the energy that fuels them. Whatever it is that you believe in, there is something out there that is bigger than all of us. And whether you like to call it God, The Universe, The spirit, The Source energy or something else, we’re all made up of it and connected to it.

The most important thing is that all of this energy surrounding us vibrates at a certain frequency. So, the closer our frequency is to the frequency of the Source energy, the more in tune we feel with ourselves and the world beyond. This ultimately results in manifesting the things that we visualize and we want for ourselves. It is almost like all of a sudden we have a magic wand and we are more powerful than ever.

But the more we distance ourselves from the so-called Mother Lode, the more our frequency lowers and the denser our energy gets. Eventually, we get sucked in the black hole of negativity and from that moment on, we are stuck in a never-ending loop of misery and self-pity.

The reality is, we attract exactly what we vibrate. That is why the most important thing we can do for ourselves is learn how to control our energy vibration.

For it is only when you raise your vibration that you will finally notice the real change around you. It is only when you focus on what makes you feel good that you’ll start attracting things that actually make you feel good.

In truth is, everything we want and truly desire within our hearts is already available to us, even though we can’t really see it. This Universe, this whole world is like a 24/7 open buffet of all kinds of experiences, opportunities, feelings, things, and people. The only thing we have to do to reach the gates of this incredible haven is to truly believe that it exists.  But in order to keep this belief strong, we must first do our best to stay connected to the universal source, the Mother Lode, the Source energy, or God itself…

So, if you want to change your life, but you feel like you aren’t powerful enough to do so and no matter how much you try you always feel like someone else is responsible for your misery, I suggest you stop for a minute and focus on yourself. I want you to really see yourself.

You see it? That’s you.

There is no one out there is stopping you from finding greatness.

You, my friend, are your only obstacle.

And the sooner you realize this, the better off you’ll be.
