True Love Consists Of Two People Who Don’t Give Up When Things Get Difficult

SHARE

When you are in love with someone, you can’t just give up and leave after one argument because you don’t want to face and deal with the problem. You can’t just walk away and abandon your partner because you are too lazy to deal with the difficulties and make compromises. You can’t be someone who takes the easier way out because you are too lazy to fight for the relationship.

When you truly love someone, you act like a mature adult and you sit down with your partner to talk and solve the problem that is damaging your relationship. You honestly express your feelings and your opinion and you give your partner a chance to do the same thing. Then, you both work together to find a way to overcome the issue.

Because when you love someone, you don’t walk away from them. You fight for them. You fight for your relationship. You don’t give up and leave until you have tried anything that is in your power to save the bond you two have.

Don’t say you love your partner if you are not willing to make the changes that are necessary for improving your relationship. You can’t say you love them if you think that the relationship is over when something goes wrong. You don’t love your partner if you are not with them during good and bad times.

Don’t say you love them if you are not with them when they need you the most – when they are sick and you are not there to drive them to the hospital or when they feel anxious and depressed and need you to be there for them to tell them that everything is going to be okay. You can’t let the person you love to suffer alone because you are in the relationship together. You are a team, not opponents.

When you are in love with someone, you know that things are not always going to be easy. The road of love is not a smooth one; it is full of bumps and blockages. The difference between couples who break up and couples who stay together is the willingness to work on the relationship and not give up when things get tough.

Because a true and healthy relationship consists of two people who are there for each other, who love each other, and who fight for one another. They respect each other and they don’t allow anyone or anything to come between them. Because their love is stronger than any disagreement. Because they can’t imagine being apart from one another.

And that, in my opinion, is everything.
