I know you’ve been hurt many times. You were in relationships with guys who weren’t worthy of your love. Guys who took you for granted and who never appreciated you and the things you did for them.
They never acknowledged the sacrifices you made for them and the fact that you always put them first. You made their feelings, needs, and problems your priority. You spoiled them. You taught them that you were the go-to person for anything.

They made you doubt your abilities, strength, and value. They made you feel like nothing you ever did was good enough for them.
For them, you were never beautiful enough, smart enough, good enough, or interesting enough. They often made you feel like you have to compare yourself and compete with other girls.
