- The next line is a summation of the result of the first one, which is 5, with 5 and 2 which gives the result of 12.
- Next, 3 + 6 equals 9, to which it is added 12 which results in 21.
- So, the answer to the puzzle is 40 because of 21 + 8 + 11 = 40.
Second solution:
- 1 + 4 = 5. That’s obvious. However, 5 can also be reached by adding 1 to 4 times 1.
- The second line is solved in the same fashion. 2 + 2(5) = 12.
- Also the next line: 3 + 3(6) = 21.
- And using this method you’ll get that 96 is the final solution to the puzzle.
