The most important and fundamental principle in life is energy saving. In life, whatever you love doing and feels good to you is all a psychological response to your body that shows you how to save more energy.
Life needs energy, it lusts after it. And because of that, your subconscious mind will always put you on the path of less resistance. This is why you naturally get defensive every time your beliefs are attacked, this is why fast food tastes better, and this is why you feel sad and depressed when there is no sunshine and it is rainy outside.
These are all reactions of your body for energy saving – more calories equal more energy, more sun equals more efficiency, and so on. So, we must put our intelligence into practice and consciously use our energy in the right place at the right time.
More energy means more conscious power for our body and mind to operate. And the longer we keep this energy in your body, the more intelligence we get from the Universe.
But, how can we increase our energy? What’s its source? How can we boost our intelligence and consciousness?
Nikola Tesla has discovered the main and the most fundamental source of all human energy and he found the way on how we can increase our energy levels to evolve as species.
The sun. The sun is our driving force. It supplies and maintains all human life.
There are 3 main steps how you can increase your energy, according to Tesla.
1. By expanding the human mass.
This doesn’t mean you getting more fat, but rather eating more food that is close to the sun- the sole giver of energy. Food is by far one of the most important sources of energy to us. Vegetables, fruits, meat, and everything we eat contains CHO molecules produced by plants. So, the energy that we gain through eating is the sunlight used by plants to coin these fat molecules together.
If you eat meat, however, you will consume only second-hand molecules created by the plants. By eating vegetables and fruits, on the other hand, you will consume CHO molecules that are directly produced from plants by photosynthesis thus adding a mass of greater quality. Tesla was vegetarian himself.
“It is certainly preferable to raise vegetables, and I think, therefore, that vegetarianism is a commendable departure from the established barbarous habit. That we can subsist on plant food and perform our work even to advantage is not a theory, but a well-demonstrated fact,” Tesla says.
2. By reducing the force that is handicapping the human mass.
“The force which retards the onward movement of man is partly frictional and partly negative. To illustrate this distinction I may name, for example, ignorance, stupidity, and imbecility as some of the purely frictional forces, or resistances devoid of any directive tendency. On the other hand, visionariness, insanity, self-destructive tendency, religious fanaticism, and the like, are all forces of a negative character, acting in definite directions,” Tesla explains.
In other words, frictional forces are directionless and ignorant. They will only result in energy loss. Negative forces, on the other hand, have high qualities but they are aimed in wrong directions. They can lead to energy increase if they are strategically directed to better causes.
So, you should try to maintain a balance between your talents and shortcomings, between the light and darkness, and aim to achieve higher and greater goals. You can achieve this by being curious, and always learning to fight the massive ignorance that is surrounding us.
3. By increasing the force that is moving the human mass.
This is by far the most important thing to do. You can simply do it by spending more energy and spending that energy in the most efficient way possible. Our motive power is what increases our energy levels.
“Motive power means work. To increase the force accelerating human movement means, therefore, to perform more work,” says Nikola Tesla.
One could ask, how can a man keep on increasing his energy levels when he cannot work anymore? There lies the secret. When a person’s direction is towards the collective human mass, less energy is needed to achieve more because more people work towards achieving the same goal.
It is like spinning a wheel. First, you need more effort and energy to get it moving. And then, less and less effort is needed to keep it spinning. Human energy functions in the same way.
To conclude: never stop learning, spend efficiently, waste less, and work more. That’s the secret formula of one of the greatest minds ever, Nikola Tesla.
