Being Crazy In A Sick Society Is Actually Healthy For You

SHARE

In today’s era, being normal equals being sick. Or, as a wise man once said, “it is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.”

However, being born and raised in a society like this, it is difficult for people to even realize that is sick, let alone realize that they too are part of this massive sickness.

And what does it mean living a normal life really?

It means to be brainwashed by the schooling system to work as a slave for a wage for the rest of your life and competing with others in order to survive. It means consuming unnecessary products only because advertising has manipulated you and convinced you that it is good for you. And all while you are unconsciously harming the planet and poisoning your organism with poisonous foods.

If you really think about it for a moment, you may realize that this way of living is absolutely wrong, but it is still accepted by everyone as healthy because it is rewarded by society. Moreover, those who don’t accept this kind of living and are different from others are considered as weird, stupid, and crazy.

But, what’s the beauty of living a life like everyone else when life can be lived much better? You can live more playfully, smile more, love more, be more creative and at peace. Those people are the rebels who want nothing more than being free from all the traditions and chains of society and create a better world.

Unluckily, not many people can think outside the box that society has put them in.

To be a rebel in a sick society is one of the most difficult things because you need to have the guts to be honest both with yourself and with others. To speak up the truth in a world which is poisoned with lies is a risky thing to do because voicing the truth means going against society and tradition and being strong enough to go your way regardless of all the hardships that you’ll inevitably face.

Because it is easy to lose courage when no one is there to support and understand you. You might even feel extreme psychological anguish. This is the main reason why some of the most brilliant minds were suffering from mental issues and were not recognized as geniuses until decades after their deaths.

Unfortunately, you will be most criticized by the people that are closest to you – your family and friends. They will try to do everything to “help” you and bring you back to “normal” again. And their definition of normal is the way that they are, that all the society is.

Dare to be crazy. Dare to be bold. Dare to live your life by your rules. Don’t let anyone tell you how you should be living your life. Don’t waste your life by conforming to traditions. Have the courage to be “crazy” because we need more “crazies” like you in the world.

And remember, no matter how difficult it might be, at the end it’s all worth it. You will be rewarded with a life full of beauty, joy, and celebration.
