I think I might have been in some major stages of this since 2001. Maybe I should be dead ? WTH. All my Dr. wanted to do is put my on prozac or welbuterin which were such PSYCHO drugs, I couldn’t deal with the alien/demonic manifestations and hallucinations so i stopped taking them after 3 days. My body is often wracked with pain because of the anxiety, depression, hopelessness, lack of motivation. I spent $270/month for like 4 years starting in 2003 for theraputic massages.(can’t afford to do that now….I miss human touch a lot). I’m a guy and I would often break down and cry during the massage sessions. Therapist was good and compassionate although to this day I can’t even remember her name or what she looked like. My life has always been like this…some years not so bad but large stretches of times when it looked like all hope and energy lost. Only as a kid before 8-9 years old did life seem somewhat carefree and relatively energetic and easy. My world feel apart when I turned 10.
