8 Things Empaths Experience That Most People Don’t Even Notice

SHARE

Empaths are known to be the most energetic and vibrant human beings. They are our biggest blessing on Earth. They are the people who have the power to experience and absorb the emotions of others. So, they carry the world’s burden on their shoulders, as if it was their own.

It’s truly a miraculous gift to have such nature, especially in a society like ours. However, this gift can be easily turned into a curse. Their receptive nature and free mind can often lead them to numerous unknown and unresolved issues.

(Un)fortunately, that is something they were born with and something they won’t be able to live without. That is why these individuals lead a totally different life from every other person you know.

Here are 8 basic things that empaths experience daily that average people don’t even notice:

1. THEY ARE CONSTANTLY DRAGGED DOWN BY THE NEGATIVITY AROUND THEM

Negative energy is everywhere around us, that’s for sure. But, it is up to us whether we choose to welcome it or banish it from our grounds.

However, there are people who are so receptive to everything around them, they become unable to control such furious hurricanes of emotions. These individuals are known as empaths. They’ve spent their lives picking up on people’s emotions and dedicated their existence to helping others.

2. THEY’RE EASILY DRAINED BY OTHER PEOPLE’S ENERGY

Empaths experience so much more than we could think of. It’s more than telepathy, and certainly more than intuition. It’s a real connection with people’s souls and minds.

That is why, more than often, empaths end up over exhausted. They struggle to simply make it through the day. Sadly, many of them are misinterpreted as being lazy and irresponsible.

3. THEY ARE THE ULTIMATE LIE DETECTORS

If you need a valid opinion on a certain person, call an empath. These people can sense the rubbish from even a mile away. However, they are not the ones who would get into a feud with you. Their only true quest on this planet is protecting and nurturing life.

4. THEY EXPERIENCE INTENSE FEELINGS OUT OF NOWHERE

They might cross their paths with a random stranger and pick up all of their emotions, insecurities, and fears. Empaths tend to experience these kinds of strange sensations. And depending on the emotions they absorb; these people can sometimes become extremely tense and depressed.

5. THEY DESPERATELY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO SAY NO

Not every empath knows the secret of balancing their ability in order to live a peaceful life. Most of them, have just begun uncovering their true nature and they have a lot to learn until they reach the sublime state of equilibrium and serenity.

Having said that, learning to say NO is probably the first lesson they need to pass.

6. THEY STRUGGLE TO MAKE TIME FOR THEMSELVES

For those who aren’t familiar with the genuine struggle empaths have, let me clarify it. These individuals have a unique mindset and clean heart. So, they are cursed to sense other people’s emotions and sometimes mistaking them for their own.

And eventually, being obligated to live with that burden becomes an obstacle in their life. They barely find the time to recharge their main power source. That is a pain that most of the average people would never understand.

7. THEY STEER CLEAR OF CROWDED PLACES

Empaths are not necessarily closeted types of people, they can be extroverted as well.  However, even the most outgoing ones among them, have suffered the consequences of being stacked up in a room full of strangers and their perplexing, daunting minds.

It’s not so much the interaction, as it’s the mixed energy that makes these people shiver with fear. The high intensity of all the spirits around them is exhausting to the point of a total SHUT DOWN.

8. THEY ARE HYPERSENSITIVE TO CERTAIN SOUNDS THAT AREN’T FAMILIAR TO AVERAGE PEOPLE

Their highly receptive nature allows them to hear sounds that are unknown and strange to others. Even if it’s a slight buzz or low pitch, they can still hear it and actually recognize where it is coming from.
