Life. Such a small word with such a big meaning.
Life is beautiful. It is a never-ending cycle of possibilities and opportunities. Life is waking up every morning with willpower to grow. Falling madly in love. Soaking in the morning sun. Feeling those sun rays gently caressing your face. Doing the things you love. Eating your breakfast in the morning. Taking chances. Enjoying the fresh smell of coffee at work. Learning more. Laughing. Loving. Being free.
But life is also hard. It’s terrifying difficult. It is a never-ending cycle of disappointments and failures. Waking up in the morning without the strength to live. Having your heart broken. Losing your job. Separating from your partner. Having a soul-crushing job. Being afraid to take chances. Accepting less than you deserve. Suffering. Hating. Losing…
Life fails to be perfect, but it never fails to be beautiful.
The truth is… Life is unpredictable. But in the end, it’s just life.
In the end, it is all a part of the process. A part of the journey that you are meant to experience. It’s what gives us a purpose. What gives us the reason to fight. What makes us stronger. What motivates us to believe in ourselves, trust the process and just push forward.
And there is nothing that we can do about it but accept life as it is and embrace the changes as an essential part of our growth. I know. It’s always easier said than done. But it all depends on ourselves. Life isn’t always pink and life isn’t always dreamy. It just doesn’t work that way. There can be no light without darkness. And there is no peace without war, either.
It’s all about maintaining the perfect balance.
The balance between holding on and letting go.
So, here’s an idea.
Why don’t we just stop obsessing about our past mistakes, fear the future outcomes and just enjoy the gift of the present moment?
It is the only thing that is available at this exact moment. The only thing that we have the power to control. So, let’s just stop stressing about what we could have done but didn’t do. Let’s stop holding on to our regrets. Let’s stop wondering what our life would look like if we chose differently. Let’s just stop wasting both our time and energy on things that we have no control over and just trust the process instead…
The truth is, we won’t always have the answers to all our questions, but that doesn’t mean that we’re doing things wrong. It just means that the timing is not right. That we have to be more patient. That even though life doesn’t always make sense, it always leads us to the destination that we were always meant to arrive.
So, be patient.
Stop doubting everything. Stop rushing. Stop worrying. Stop forcing things to happen.
Trust the process. Trust that the Universe has a lot of wonderful things in store. Have faith and keep moving forward.
What is yours will eventually find its way to you.
