They Are Not Busy, It Just Depends On What Number You Are On Their Priority List

SHARE

I don’t believe in not having time, but I do believe in having priorities. Everyone has time for the things they love. They arrange their priorities and do the things that are important to them.

So, next time someone says they don’t have time to see you, remember – it’s not that they don’t have time, it that they don’t want to waste their time on you.

Really, it’s this simple. Whenever you hear someone making an excuse to you, saying “I am sorry, but I can’t make it. I don’t have time” be aware that what they are actually saying is You are not that important to me, so I don’t have to see you.”

After all, time is the most precious thing we have. It is the most valuable present that someone can gift to you. It is the only thing in the world that we can’t bring back. That’s why we need to make the most of our time and not waste it in vain.

Having said that, why are you wasting your time and energy on someone who is not willing to devote any minute of their life to you?

Being in a relationship with someone means you both need to make compromises with your time if you want to function together. Because, when you are involved with someone, time is no longer your own. You must share your time with your partner and make space for them in your life. Yes, time is a tricky concept, but you can always manage it well if you can set your priorities straight.

Therefore, when you fall in love with someone, you should be willing to invest yourself in the relationship, including your time. You should be available to them when they need your help. You should make time to see them. You need this to keep the spark between you alive and make your connection stronger.

However, if you are in a relationship with someone who seems like they don’t have time for you, you should consider it a red flag. Why? Because the person who loves you will always make time for you.

When your partner tells you they don’t have time for you, in other words, they are telling you that you didn’t make the cut when it comes to their priorities. That you are not as important to them as you think so.

Of course, not everyone is going to be available for you 24/7. You should respect your partner’s individual time and freedom. But, what I mean to say is, a person who really wants you in your life can’t stay separated for a long time from you.

So, next time you find yourself in a situation when the other party is not willing to put in the effort and give you the time of the day, I hope you’ll know what to do. You cut them off and stop wasting your time and energy on them!

Never make a priority the person who couldn’t be bothered to include you in their life in a real way. You deserve more!
