Emma and Rich from Yorkshire, England, saw a picture of Ikiru on the website of one cat breeder and instantly fell in love with him. It was love at first sight. Four weeks later, the couple took the kitty home since they were sure Ikiru was the perfect cat for them.
Rich and Emma created an Instagram account for Ikiru where they document his daily life. In no time, Ikiru has become a celebrity, which was expected, given his cuteness.
Ikiru fascinates Rich and Emma every day with his antics and his eccentricity. What’s so special about him are his wacky faces and his ever sticking-out tongue, which amuses all of his followers on Instagram. The word Ikiru means to live or living in Japanese.
