Listen to me. It’s okay to have bad days, sad days, days when your heart and your whole body feels exhausted from all the pain you are feeling. It’s okay to wonder when it will stop. It’s okay to feel sad and not be able to tell why. Some days are just like that. Sad. And it is okay to cry and release all the hurt that is building inside you.
It’s okay to feel and let out your feelings.
It’s okay to distance yourself from everyone and just want to be alone. It’s okay to take care of yourself and heal your heart in the privacy of your own room.
Because we all feel a little lost sometimes. We all have days when our world crumbles and we don’t know what to do.
During those days, I want you to remember that it’s okay. It’s okay to be sad. It’s okay to be in pain. Sadness is an emotion just like happiness is. And without it, we could never understand the feeling of happiness, just like we wouldn’t be able to appreciate the light if darkness hasn’t existed.
But, there is a silver lining. Sad days, like happy days, don’t last forever.
Therefore, whenever you feel hurt and like you couldn’t take it anymore, remember that those feelings will pass and you will smile again. Your sad days won’t last forever and you will find yourself again. You will pick yourself up and realize that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Finally, I hope you will never forget that you are a survivor and you can and you will survive through both good and bad days. I hope you know that you are not alone in your struggle.
Don’t lose your hope. Keep fighting. We are all together in this. Let’s help each other instead of tearing each other down.
