8. The Dark Times Will Pass

Every cloud has a silver lining, and every dark tunnel has a light at the end. These may be cliché but they’re true. Eventually, the dark times will pass, and they will be replaced by something so much brighter and happier.

9. You Have the Power to Influence Your Future

It’s true that you can’t control everything that happens in your life, but you still have a certain amount of power. You can influence what happens in your future by making positive choices now. If you don’t like something in your life, try to change it and work to improve every aspect of your life.

Don’t let yourself be overtaken by your own emotions when times are hard. You may be feeling completely broken inside, but you will be able to pick up the shattered pieces and put them back together again.
