This is because your body is constantly releasing different chemicals which are based on your current mood – stress hormones when you feel anxious, and endorphin, dopamine, and serotonin when you are happy.

There is an undeniable connection between your body and your mind. When you have an optimistic view of the world, your body is, in turn, healthier and you radiate from within. On the other hand, if you are under stress or you have constant destructive thoughts, you may be prone to lead a rather unhealthy lifestyle and your body will feel the consequences as well.

Every experience and emotion you have is stored in the cell memory of your body. Therefore, every unresolved wound or a childhood trauma will manifest itself in your life again and again until you finally heal them.
