The Worst Part Of Anxiety Is Feeling Unloved, Unimportant, And Unappreciated

Anxiety makes you scared. It makes you feel undeserving of anything good. Anxiety is not wanting to call or text your friends because you fear they don’t want to hang out with you even though you know that’s not true. Anxiety is wanting to say hello or text your crush but feeling crippled to do so because you are terrified they would make fun of you.

Anxiety makes you feel like a burden. Like you are bothering everyone with your presence.

The Worst Part Of Anxiety Is Feeling Unloved, Unimportant, And Unappreciated

Your anxiety makes you worried that you will make a fool of yourself anytime you socialize with friends. However, your worries come from your fear of being rejected. Your fear of being told you are not worthy. Your fear of being judged. Of feeling like no one wants you to be a part of their life. Your fear of being alone your whole life.

Anxiety lies to you. It tells you you are not worthy of love. It makes you feel like no one cares about you.

And when someone shows you they love you, you always doubt it. You think they lie to you. When someone looks at you, you immediately think they are judging you. And anytime you go outside, you feel like you don’t belong anywhere.

Anxiety is the thing that makes you feel unimportant, unworthy, and unappreciated.

You always feel like you are missing out on life because you are afraid to indulge in any type of activity or a conversation. You think that you are protecting yourself from hurt by staying away from anyone, but you are not.

Anxiety makes you feel like no one appreciated the work that you do. That no one notices you. It makes you feel invisible when all you want is a hug and a pat on your back. Anxiety is making you lose all your inspiration and motivation. It makes you abandon your dreams.

Don’t allow this. You are NOT unworthy. You are loved. You are important. You matter.

Don’t let your anxiety fool you.
