When You’re With Your Forever Person, You Become The Best Version Of Yourself

SHARE

When you are with the person you are meant to be forever with, you are inspired to work on yourself and your flaws. You begin to break all your bad habits. You take better care of your body, mind, and soul because you want to be the version of yourself for them.

You are not doing it out of worry that they will leave you. No. With them, you are confident that they are not going anywhere because they love you and accept you for who you are, mistakes and all. You know that it won’t make a difference if you continue to show up late because you are the worst at time management. They will love you regardless. But you want to change that habit. You want to be better for them.

And the reason why you are obsessed with becoming a better person is that you genuinely want to give them your best. You know that your partner deserves it because they have proved their love and devotion to you many times. So, the least you can do for them is improving yourself and becoming a more attentive, caring, and loving partner.

When you are with your forever person, you always grow – spiritually and mentally. You don’t allow yourself to stagnate because you want to always be their inspiration, their joy, and the sunshine of their life.

It’s only when you are with the person with whom you are meant to be forever that you’ll realize that the better you treat yourself, the better you will treat them, and in turn, your relationship will become stronger and more powerful.

Of course, it is possible to love someone and not give them your best but that happens only when you fail to love yourself. And your forever person wants you to love yourself. They don’t want you to feel insecure or scared. They want you to be completely healed and whole. They want you to be happy.

When you find yourself in the right relationship with a person who is your ‘all’, you start working on your trust issues, your abandonment issues, and your control issues because you want to make it work. Because you don’t want to screw up your chance of building a future with them.

Therefore, you let go of all your toxic and self-destructive behaviors. You promise yourself that you will never hurt your person, lie to them, or cheat on them in any way.

You will never be perfect. Your partner is not perfect as well. Your love may not be like the one you’ve imagined and dreamed of. Things will never be perfect because we are all different and flawed human beings. But if you want to build your forever with the right person you both need to work on yourselves.

You deserve to get the whole and the healthiest version of your partner and they deserve to have the same thing in return.
