Psychology professor Robert Cialdini who used to be a palm reader shared the trick he’s learned from palm readers that they used to make people say that they are right.
Persuasion is directing people’s minds to the moment before they experience the content or ‘Pre-suasion’ which is the title of his book.
“Pre-suasion is the practice of getting people sympathetic to your message before they experience it. It is what you say immediately before you deliver the message that leverages your success tremendously.”
