Hey there. I see that you’re struggling. I see that life is hard on you.
How are you? Do you think you can make it?
I know it seems like your world is suddenly collapsing and everything you know and hold dear is going down, but you must survive this.
Stop for a second.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Find your center. Focus on yourself. And just imagine that you are listening to my voice instead of reading my words…
Everything that you are going through at this point, no matter how hard, challenging, difficult, heartbreaking and insufferable, is here to teach you a lesson.
You may not be aware of this right now, but that doesn’t mean that it’s not true.
You are simply too afraid to open your eyes and see the truth.
I know this is probably not what you expected in life. And I am truly sorry that you are going through it. But you have to trust your journey. You have to understand that whatever it is that life is forcing you to face now, it is your own fate. Your own journey. An obstacle on the road that it is there for a reason. A reason that only you know. A reason that only you must find out.
I know it is hard, but I need you to understand that whatever is destroying your world and testing your limits, will only make you stronger in the future. You just need to let it take over you. No matter how difficult and uncomfortable it is. For that is the only way you will ever learn your lessons. Through accepting your hardships as your stepping stones and through discovering the reason for their existence in the first place.
Just one more thing. While you are at it, don’t lose yourself.
Make sure life doesn’t throw you off balance so hard that you forget who you truly are.
Whatever you do, keep yourself sane.
For what is meant to be, will always be. And you won’t be powerful enough to stop it or avoid it. Some things in life won’t be in your control and the only thing you will have to do is accept them and deal with them. It is what it is. You just cannot change what’s already written in the stars.
If something is meant to hurt you, let it come into your life and teach you what you need to know.
If something is meant to break you, embrace that moment, let those feelings flow through you and learn your lessons.
If something is meant to destroy your world, live your moments like they are the last ones on Earth and let the pain give you the strength that you need.
But don’t give up. Never ever give up.
Breathe in and simply carry on. Like nothing ever happened.
Tomorrow is a new day. A new opportunity to start over. Use it wisely.
