If you’ve been wondering why you are constantly exhausted and unable to function, I suggest you stop for a moment and think of all the people you hang out with.
Go on, take a look around you. Observe your friends’ actions. Pay attention to the way they communicate with you. Focus on their comments and responses. Are they really your friends or they just toxic, envious individuals whose only goal is to make you feel worthless and miserable?
If your mood changes drastically after you spend some time with them, I am afraid you already have your answer.
I just hope you know that life is so damn short to be wasted on the wrong people. Time flies by in just a blink of an eye. So, make sure you surround yourself with positivity.
Stop wasting your time on people who make you feel bad about yourself. Stay far away from people who love to point out your mistakes and criticize you for them. People who never compliment, but instead enjoy making you feel like you are not enough.
Stop wasting your time on people who lower your self-confidence. Stay away from individuals who steal your self-esteem and make you feel like you don’t matter. Those energy vampires would do everything to see you fall.
Stop wasting your time on people who look down on you. People who act like they are better than you. People who underestimate your strength. People who don’t believe in you. People who constantly put you down by making themselves more superior, more hardworking and more experienced than you.
Stop wasting your time on people who are always competing with you. Stay away from individuals who are so jealous of your life and do everything to be one step ahead of you. Most importantly, stay away from people who REALLY want to know how you are doing. They are not asking you because they care, they do it because they need the info. They need to know how big their chances of winning are.
Stop wasting your time on people who manipulate you. People who are so selfish that they couldn’t care less about what you are going through unless your situation affects them in some way. Avoid the ones who are only there when they need you, but ignore you when you need them.
Stop wasting your time on people who always talk about themselves, but rarely have the time to listen to you. Stop spending so much time with those who are too busy with their own drama to pay attention to you. These people are not your friends. So, stop giving yourself away without getting anything in return.
Stop wasting your time on people who ruin your good mood. Stop spending time with people who love to “rain on your parade”. People who bring drama into your life. People who struggle to put a smile on their face and be happy for you. People who love to discourage you from trying. People who never believe in you.
Stop wasting time on people who suck out the life of you.
Stop giving them second chances because you are too afraid to be alone.
Stop justifying their actions by convincing yourself that they care.
Stop calling them your friends.
Stop living the lie.
You deserve to be happy. Free yourself from everyone that harms you in any way and move on.
