People leave those they love. And while many people leave because they were betrayed or abused in some way, there are people who leave their partners who they love so much because they live in another city or another country and they think that long-distance relationships can’t work.
Is long-distance a reason to end an otherwise beautiful relationship? Is long-distance worthy breaking up with someone who is compatible with you in many ways and who loves you and you love them as well? I personally don’t understand why someone would choose to end a connection like that.
Even though it is difficult because of the distance, it is worth it. True love is worth fighting for however cliché this sounds. When you love someone, you don’t give up on them. You fight for it. You make it work.
Prove to yourselves that the love you two share is strong enough to survive any obstacle. Don’t give up on each other. Don’t break the best relationship you have. Stick together and your love will give you the strength to overcome anything.
You will make it.
Because long-distance can never separate two people who love each other.
