Here’s the truth.
I’ve never believed in casual flings. I’ve never believed in one night stands. I’ve never really liked the idea of hooking up with someone only for a few nights of never-ending marathons of steamy, midnight activities. I’ve never been a fan of open relationships where you are supposed to be fine with sharing your current partner with who knows how many other people.
In fact, I’ve never really liked the whole concept of dating and having fun.
I am sorry, but that is just who I am.
I believe in love and I fight for nothing other than love.
You may say that I am old-fashioned and that I am looking for something unreal. That I’m silly for thinking that I could find a person who would actually commit to a relationship with me and actually spend their life besides me.
I won’t care at all…
Because if there is something that has always given me the motivation to wake up, that is love.
That is the only force that has kept me going my entire life.
So, when I say that I am not here to waste my time on pointless, casual flings, I really mean it.
I am dating to find someone who will be brave enough to open their heart, love me and stay with me till the rest of eternity.
That is the only thing that I am looking for.
So, know this.
If I want to be with you, I will commit to you. If I fall in love with you and decide to get into a relationship with you, I will do it because I want that to last forever. I am not the type of person who would jump into something only for a few months. I am not the type of person who would settle for someone who is not certain whether they want to spend their future with me or run off with the next person they see.
I’m dating with the intent of marriage and marriage alone. If I invest myself in you, it would be only because I’ve already imagined myself spending my forever with you by my side. If I decide to be with you, it will be only because I’m sure of my feelings for you. If I choose you to be my partner, my faithful companion, that means that I already know who I want to spend the rest of the days with. If I say yes to you, that means FOREVER.

I am choosing you because I see myself growing old next to you.
I am choosing you because I want to spend my mornings kissing and caressing you.
