We’ve been told that waiting for the right person is something that we should do to save ourselves from future pain. This is true. But, there are many people who don’t even consider doing this and instead they enter relationships just for the sake of being in a relationship. And that is a perfect waste of time.
Love is not something we should take for granted. Love is a powerful force which ‘moves’ the world. It is not something simple as we trying to make it.
Because you can’t make a person who is not meant to be with you into a soulmate. Also, you can’t turn a mediocre relationship into a soulful one.
Of course, there will always be someone with whom we wish that things would work out, but that doesn’t mean that that person is the right one for us.
If we want to be happy, we should stop giving ourselves to people who clearly are wrong for us. We must stop settling for romantic partners who are not enriching our lives in any way.
Being single is not a bad thing. Sometimes being single is better than being with someone who is not on the same soul level as you.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not trying to tell you that you shouldn’t give a chance to people who seem to be worthy. However, I do feel that instead of jumping the gun and enter quickly into a relationship, you should be very selective when it comes to it.
This is a big concept of modern age because it is very difficult to remain single and wait for ‘the one’ who might not come. So, we tend to fall into abusive relationships because we fear that we may miss out on a chance. And of course, because sometimes we desperately try to make something work because giving up is not something we usually want to do, especially if we have feelings for that person.
Toxic and abusive people shouldn’t have a place in your life. A person who brings you down abuses you, and makes you feel worthless and unwanted is someone who you must cut out of your life for your own good.
Love shouldn’t be like that. Love doesn’t mean that you should walk on eggshells. Love is a divine feeling and when it’s real it will make your life wonderful.
You shouldn’t settle for someone who will hold you back. Life’s too short to be unhappy. It’s better to stay single and wait for the one who would meet you at a soul level than being stuck in a relationship that is not going anywhere.
We cannot destroy our lives by staying in terrible relationships out of fear to be alone.
You have one life in this world who is full of amazing possibilities. It’s a shame to waste it on mediocre relationships with people whose soul doesn’t match yours.
Being single is a wonderful thing. You should take advantage of it and spend that time on yourself and doing things that make you happy. Focus on your own growth and learning. Fill your life with optimism, happiness, and love, so that when the right person comes you’ll be ready for them.
You can’t pour from an empty glass, and you can’t expect someone marvelous to enter your life if you are not yourself marvelous.
Be like the person you want to spend your life with and your soulmate will follow. There is no other way.
