Mothers-to-be dream of the first moment in which they can lay eyes upon their newborn child. They dream of holding them in their arms and finally embracing the life that they’ve grown inside of them for 9 months.
The one thing that many women don’t expect, however, is for their baby to hold them back just after they’ve been born.
Nevertheless, that’s exactly what happened to one mother.
The heartwarming moment as a newborn baby refuses to let go of mom was caught on camera. Later it was shared to the Maternidade Cor de Rosa Facebook page.
Since then, the video has gone viral and has amassed over 3 million views on YouTube alone.
Brenda Coelho de Souza is the lucky mother in the viral video. She gave birth to her beautiful baby daughter on April 5th at the Santa Monica Hospital in Brazil. After the adorable moment that she shared with her newborn baby, she described it as being an “an incredible moment.”
People all over the internet agree that it really was incredible. Many are impressed at how easily the newborn recognized her mother. Likewise, everyone seems to be in awe of the precious exchange.
