You can observe them, but don’t give them any attention or try to control them. In this way, you won’t be focused on trying to change anything, but instead, calming your mind.
Beginning meditation is much simpler than you may have realized. It doesn’t require you to do anything difficult or unreasonable, you just need to be aware of your body. It has some amazing effects which can help you feel calmer, more motivated, and more positive overall.
