This Chinese Face Map Shows Which Part Of You Could Be Sick And How To Heal It

If you have problems with your forehead it may be a result of excessive intake of sugar, alcohol, fatty or canned foods, and stress. So, try eating healthy, get enough sleep, and stay hydrated during the whole day.

So, avoid smoking and alcohol at all costs and drink plenty of water instead so that you can improve the function of your kidneys.

This means that your stomach is getting overburdened and it can’t function the right way. So, you should improve your digestion by eating more healthy foods and including physical activity into your daily routine. Try practicing yoga, or simply take a walk – it will have a great impact on the health of your liver.

4. NOSE – HEART

If you struggle with nose problems, then the most common reasons for it are flatulence, hypertension, bloating, or poor circulation. Therefore, try detoxifying your body by drinking green tea and staying physically active.

5. CHEEKS – LUNGS AND KIDNEYS

If you are experiencing changes on your cheeks, then this might be because of too much stress, smoking, sugar, or an unhealthy diet. Again, try staying hydrated at all times and practice a healthy diet and you’ll see an immediate improvement on your skin. Plus, you wouldn’t have to buy expensive skin care products.

6. LOWER CHEEKS – LUNGS

Smoking and pollution are the most common reasons why you could have issues with your lungs. So, quit smoking and try staying away from highly polluted areas. Also, take regular walk in nature.

7. MOUTH AND CHIN – HORMONES

Hormonal imbalance usually occurs due to dehydration, consummation of lot of salt or caffeine, and also consuming too much seasoned food. However, sometimes hormonal imbalance may be hereditary and you should ask for medical help if that’s the case.

8. JAW AND NECK – STOMACH

Fat, alcohol, sugar, and caffeine are the main reasons why you might have stomach aches and issues. Also, staying up very late at night, consuming spicy foods, and excessive stress can further cause you troubles.

Therefore, maintain a balanced diet, consume fresh vegetables and fruits, drink a lot of water, and exercise regularly. Finally, try avoiding any stressful situations for optimal results.
