Life is unpredictable, it’s cruel at times, and it has the power to hurt us and shake us to the core. But, if we want our soul to be calm and to find peace, we must forgive the ones who hurt us with our hearts and let our minds forget all the pain they caused us.

NOTHING LASTS FOREVER

Good times, bad times… they will all pass. If something bad happens know that it won’t last long. If something good happens also know that it will pass sooner or later. Everything is fleeting, everything is ever-changing. Nothing is permanent and nothing is certain. Therefore, holding resentment and anger in your heart is not worth it. You must let it go.

DON’T ALLOW THE PAST TO SHAPE YOUR PRESENT LET ALONE YOUR FUTURE

The past shouldn’t have power over you. Whatever happened, happened. You should only live in the moment because the present is all you have. So, don’t worry about your past because it’s gone and your future because it’s uncertain. Experience every moment with all your senses and liberate yourself by forgiving anyone who has done you wrong.

YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO BE HAPPY

Be grateful for everything you have.  You already have everything you need to be happy and fulfilled. So, don’t poison your heart and soul with bitterness and resentment. Forgive those who have inflicted pain in your life and move on.

YOU CANNOT CONTROL EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS

Trying to control things over which you don’t have control is only a waste of your precious time. Plus, you will feel a lot better when you cease to care about things that don’t need your attention.

Therefore, ACCEPT, FORGIVE, and FORGET.
