Negativity is something that we all face from time to time. Negative energy is very powerful and it can be around us without us even noticing. It could make a mess out of our lives and turn us into bitter and resentful people.
Here are 8 clear signs that there are negative energies around you and what you can do about them.
1. YOU FEEL SUPER EXHAUSTED ALL THE TIME.
You just don’t feel rested no matter how much sleep you get. Even when you sleep for more than 8 hours, you still wake up tired.
2. YOU NO LONGER TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY.
You don’t bother to go to the gym anymore. Sometimes you forget to eat or when you eat – you eat junk food. You no longer care about buying yourself the things that once made you happy.
3. YOU ARE EXTREMELY STRESSED.
Everything is starting to bother you. You get so irritated by trivial things that sometimes you want to tear your hair out. You have lost all control over your emotions.
4. YOU ARE BLAMING OTHERS.
It is never your fault. It is always other people’s mistakes that are responsible for your emotional state. This is a very bad sign that you are surrounded by negativity and you immediately need to do something about it.
5. YOU FEEL LOST.
When you are facing negative energies it is normal that you’ll begin losing yourself. And the harder you try to resist them, the worse you’ll fell. You cannot find yourself without clearing all the negativity around you first.
6. HOLDING PROPER CONVERSATION HAS BECOME IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU.
You are constantly getting into arguments and misunderstandings with everyone around you. Your conversations with others are getting more and more tense.
7. YOU CAN’T RELAX.
You are constantly on the edge. You can’t catch a break and relax. You forgot how to do that.
8. YOUR MIND IS FULL OF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.
It will not stop. You constantly think that something bad will happen and that everyone has turned against you.
You can’t continue living like this. You need to do something immediately. Here are some ways that can help you:

Practice meditation. Meditations are the best way to let go of negative thoughts. 20 minutes a day is enough.
Practice smudging with sage. This is a great way for getting rid of negative energies. Start smudging around your house with the doors and windows open while you repeat a clearing mantra. You’ll notice a difference immediately.
Take a break. Take a day off. Travel to someplace. Clear your mind. We all need to take some time alone to stay in touch with ourselves.
