1. LIVING IN THE PAST

Don’t let your youth go to waste. Don’t waste away your energy regretting your past experiences. New opportunities are coming your way, but you’re too blind to notice them. Stop for a second and think about it. What is done cannot be undone. The only thing that exists is this moment. Carpe that f*ckng diem! Make every second count.

2. DREADING THE FUTURE

The future is out of your reach. You cannot predict it, so you better spare yourself the effort and focus on the present instead. After all, every choice you make today impacts your future. Work on it!

3. NOT STANDING UP FOR YOURSELF

You are the only person responsible for your life. If something doesn’t feel right, you have to stay away from it. If something hurts you, you have to stand up for yourself and say it. Don’t be afraid of being heard. Your voice matters!

4. TOXIC SELF-CRITICISM

It’s essential to be realistic if you want to follow the right path in life. A healthy dosage of self-criticism and reality check is always welcome. Whether it’s your loved one, your friends or yourself that you’re being dishonest with, cheating will open the door for negativity in your life. A life full of lies and deceit is not a life you want to live. Believe me.
