12 Signs You’re Surrounded By Negative Energies And How To Get Rid Of Them

Negativity is everywhere. Regardless of how kind you are and how optimistic your point of view is, negativity will always haunt and stalk you from afar.

The truth is, you can run, and you can hide, but negative energy will always surround you. No matter what form it takes on, it will always be right there where you least expect it.

Once it gets to you, negativity has the power to drain you to a point of total shutdown. It can destroy your world leaving you unconscious of what happened.

Having said this, here are 12 telltale signs that you’re facing negative energies:

1. YOU FEEL OVERWHELMINGLY STRESSED

Words cannot explain the way you feel. The negative energy flows through your body and the stress takes over you. It feels as though you carry the whole sadness, sorrow, and misery of the world in your own arms.

2. YOU ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF

You desperately try to please everyone around you. Slowly, but surely this is becoming a harmful habit that takes its heavy toll on you. The negative energies around you make you deaf to your desperate cries for help.

3. YOU CANNOT FALL ASLEEP

All of these negative sensations in both your mind and soul affect your physical being. They change your sleeping patterns and disrupt your biorhythm. You’re no longer able to close your eyes, relax and fall asleep. The white noise inside your head is too loud.

4. YOU ARE CONSTANTLY BLAMING OTHERS

You don’t take responsibility for your behavior. Instead, you find it easier to put the blame on the world and hate everyone for feeling miserable. If more than one person has pointed this out, it’s clear that you’re dealing with an issue that you must resolve.

5. YOU CAN’T SEEM TO FIND YOURSELF

Whatever you do, you cannot seem to find yourself. Nothing you do makes you feel happy or passionate. It is almost like you’ve lost your purpose for living. This is something that cannot be settled until those bad vibes are dusted off.

6. YOU FEEL DOWN

You feel like nothing is right anymore. You have no will to wake up in the morning and start your day. You have no motivation to fight for the things you want because inside you there’s only emptiness. The negativity around you is making you feel worthless.

7. YOU CANNOT FIND YOUR INNER PEACE

You have troubles focusing on your breathing and finding your inner peace. You try to center yourself and listen to what your soul whispers, but all you see is a void. All you hear is silence. Be careful of who and what you let inside your life. Some of those beings do not wish you well.

8. YOU CONSTANTLY LOSE THINGS

Your mind and your soul are scattered, and you feel like a mess. As a result, you constantly lose things. This is a clear sign that you need to stop and let others take the wheel.

9. PEOPLE CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU

You’re constantly getting into more and more fights with the people you love. It seems like your level of tolerance has decreased to zero. Communications with you have become so tense, that you literally cannot talk to anyone without getting into a fight.

10. YOU ARE NOT BEING YOUR TRUE SELF

Because you are not yourself. The bad vibrations from your surroundings are poisoning your mind. And you no longer think before you open your mouth. Your actions and your words are destroying every relationship you hold dear.

11. YOUR MIND DOESN’T LET YOU REST

Negativity has entered your life and it simply doesn’t let you move on. You have to find a way to save yourself before it’s too late. You cannot keep doing this to yourself.

12. YOU ARE CONSTANTLY EXHAUSTED

No matter how much you think you sleep, you still cannot get the rest you need. Somehow, it’s never enough. Whatever you do, you end up feeling exhausted and with no will to live.

If you’ve recognized yourself in these 12 symptoms, don’t fall into despair. I know it is hard to cope with this state, but let’s look at the bright side. The first step to solving a problem is realizing that there’s one.

If I somehow managed to make you aware of your haunting experience, then I am glad.

But the next steps are completely up to you. What I suggest you should do though, is to make time for yourself. Isolate yourself from everything and use that time to reflect on yourself. Think about your behavior and the reasons for your recent actions. Pay attention to the people you hang out.

Cut off the toxic relationships from your life. Focus on what interests you. Stop wondering whether you’re good enough for the people in your life and start thinking whether they’re good enough for you. Meditate more often. Breathe in. Breathe out. Surround yourself with beautiful thoughts.

Most importantly, be grateful for the pain you’ve experienced. For it is only a part of you’re the most challenging lessons in your life.
