It also drastically affects your quality of sleep. Research conducted on university students in Vietnam found that 48% of students using electronic devices two hours before bed had poor sleep quality. 

At night, you’ll find it helpful to put your phone on mute and leave it on your nightstand so you can focus on winding down without being distracted. Focus On Yourself First

If you love yourself, you’ll make time for yourself and give yourself space so that you can continue to be there for others. When you have some alone time, it’s important to acknowledge your accomplishments, no matter how minor.

Take Pleasure In Your Daily Rituals

Most people’s schedules are hectic first thing in the morning. In the morning, it can be tough to find even 10 minutes to relax between forcing yourself out of bed, eating breakfast, applying makeup, and rushing to get dressed.

You must try to force yourself out of bed 30 minutes earlier than you have to so that you can have some quiet time to yourself. Research shows that checking phones is the first thing 80% of women and 72% of men do after getting up. 

Being rushed is one of everyone’s pet peeves, so getting up early will give you a chance to think through your plans for the day and make sure you don’t forget anything before you leave the house.
