CBD oil is extracted from the leaves, stalks, and flowers of the hemp plant. At the same time, hemp seed is found in the plant’s seeds. The main difference between CBD oil and hemp seed oil is that the latter does not contain CBD (cannabidiol).

#2 – CBD Is Addictive

There is plenty of confusion about CBD and whether it has any intoxicating or addictive effects. This is mainly because both CBD and THC can be found in cannabis plants, so the two are often assumed to be the same.

When side effects do occur, they tend to be mild and can include a feeling of sedation, dizziness, and digestive upset. The good news is this occurrence is rare, and the adverse side effects are often quick to pass.
