Angels don’t always have wings or look all white and nice. Sometimes they wear black and have tattoos all over them. Such an example are these American bikers that saved the lives of countless helpless animals across the country.
They even have a non-profit organization called Rescue Ink whose main goal is to save as many animals as possible from the abuse of their violent and evil owners and help them find a new and warm home.
Rescue Ink is an organization that fights for animal rights. It consists of volunteers that are bodybuilders, bikers, police detectives, former military members, even lawyers.
They cooperate with the authorities and ask for their help in order to minimize the abuse of animals and also they have contracts with many public organizations and animal shelters all with the noble cause of offering animals a better life.
“Some people like to think of us as superheroes. The truth is, we are super animal lovers. Through the years, and through many caseloads, obstacles, and downright challenges, we remain strong and dedicated to our mission,” they said.
“We specialize in getting the abuser away from the dog. We truly work with the abuser. We go to a house; if it’s really cold out, we see two dogs in the back, we build them a doghouse,” Mr. Missari, a member of the team told NY Times.
The thing that is common for all of them is their gentle and kind heart. For instance, one of them carried a little kitten everywhere he went for 10 days straight because the kitty needed to be fed every two hours.
These men are the real superheroes! Because even when they are not saving animals, they are busy teaching other people and kids how to be kind to animals and that every kind of abuse is wrong.
