You’re worried about your future. You’re worried that you won’t manage to fulfill all of your goals. You’re worried that you might not have the strength to face the challenges, temptations, and pains life may throw your way. You’re worried that you won’t get where you want to be in life.
Please stop! Stop worrying!
Because you’re going to be okay.
Undoubtedly, life is never a smooth journey. But, you are strong, wise, and resilient. You are a fighter. You are a warrior.
Whatever problem or pain life throws your way, you’re going to be all right – never forget that!
You’ve already been to hell and back. You’ve experienced more pain than some people do in a lifetime. But, all that pain has made you tougher, smarter, and more resilient. It has taught you valuable lessons about life. So, use those lessons to walk through life more confidently and more proudly.
I also want you to know that there will always be someone who will judge you for your insecurities and fears. Someone who will want you to believe that your flaws define who you are. Someone who will want you to think that you’re weak and worthless. Someone who will try to convince you that you’re not good enough. That you’re a failure.
But, don’t listen to them. Don’t listen to that negativity.
You are strong, smart, and important. And you don’t have to put up with anyone’s toxicity and immaturity.
You don’t have to worry about what others think of you. You don’t have to worry about whether everyone around you will accept you for who you are.
You don’t have to try to please others. And you don’t have to prioritize anyone’s needs, feelings, wishes, and happiness over yours.
Instead, what you should do is to learn to practice self-care and self-love. You should begin to treat yourself with kindness, patience, compassion, and respect. You should start giving yourself the love you so selflessly have been giving to everyone around you.
You should start fighting for your happiness more.
You should start believing in yourself, in your qualities, and in your strength more.
You should be more aware of your worth.
Because you have what it takes to get where you want to be in life. You have what it takes to accomplish your goals and make your dreams a reality. You have what it takes to become the best version of yourself. You have what it takes to nurture your relationships. You have what it takes to overcome any problem, temptation, or pain life may send your way.
