This Goes To The Woman Who Hasn’t Been Herself Lately – Hold On, You Are Tougher Than You Think

Listen, I know you’re feeling confused. I know you’re lost in this maze of a world.

I’ve been through it myself.

If someone had asked me who I was or where I was heading in life exactly one year ago, I probably would have immediately burst into tears and drown in my sorrow of nothingness.

I was that close to falling down the gutter.

So, yes. I get what you’re going through.

But, the only thing I can say to you, my friend, is this…

Life is difficult. No one said it would be a piece of cake. It’s a terrifying rollercoaster ride filled with incredible highs, and dark, unsettling lows. It is what it is.

It’s true that you are in control of your destiny, but that only means that you’re free to choose how you’ll respond to life itself. It doesn’t mean that you have the power to control the things that are happening to you, nor prevent life from challenging you.

I see you and I understand your pain.

But, you need to stay hopeful. You need to find a way to emerge from the shadows and reconnect with your innermost emotions. You have to get in touch with who you are.

You have to stay hopeful that your spark will reignite very soon.

You have to stay hopeful that you the brave girl inside of you will find her way home and she’ll do anything to break these chains of fear around you.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not suggesting that you should deny what you feel.

If it’s confusion that your mind struggles with, accept it.

If it’s pain that your body feels, accept it.

If it’s sorrow that your heart experiences, accept it.

Accept all of it, embrace yourself just the way you are, hug yourself tightly and then let it go.

But, whatever you do, don’t let the fear wake you up and take away your soul. Because it’s not real. No matter how terrifying and lost it makes you feel, it’s not real. It’s only there because you’re letting it in.

Time passes by.

Luckily, this too will pass.

And finally, there will come a time when you’ll think about all of this and laugh about it.

This goes to the woman who hasn’t been feeling like herself lately.

Please hang on. You are tougher than you actually think.

You are not the only one struggling with this. You are not a failure. You are just a fragile soul who is too afraid to take a leap of fate and jump.

Don’t lose hope. Don’t worry. Don’t let others judge you. And please don’t ever look back.

This is just one tiny chapter. It’s not the whole story.

You have your whole life ahead of you.

Give it chance to unravel its future challenges for you.
